Eye On The Bay: Cheese
Tonight, Liam and Thuy explore the world of cheese. They'll take us behind the scenes of a small dairy in Sonoma County where we can see the cheese making process from start to finish. They'll taste some of their favorite cheese dishes, and also visit a cheese school where the experts can teach you anything you need to know about the enormous variety of cheese, including a growing number of cheeses from our own back yard.
