MILPITAS (CBS SF) — A male suspect shot at a group of people who were standing in front of a home in Milpitas on Thursday night, according to police.

Around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 2200 block of Shiloh Avenue.

The group noticed a beige sedan that had four or five males in it drive past the street several times, police said.

The car parked on an adjacent street and two suspects got out. One suspected took out a handgun and fired several shots toward the group, police said.

No injuries were reported. Two vehicles that were parked nearby were damaged.

The suspects fled and have not been located.

Anyone with information regarding the shooting is asked to call the Milpitas Police Department at (408) 586-2400.
