Man's Body Found In Castro Valley Home
CASTRO VALLEY (CBS SF) - The body of a man is his 20s was found in a home in Castro Valley on Monday night, Alameda County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. J.D. Nelson said.
At about 7 p.m., deputies responded to a home on the 4300 block of Omega Ave. after receiving calls about criminal activity in the area.
When they did a probation search on the home, deputies found a significant amount of blood, he said. They also found the body of a man who appeared to be in his 20s.

The Alameda County coroner's office was at the home Tuesday morning. The cause and manner of the man's death was unknown, Nelson said, and his identity has not been released.
It was not known if the man lived in the home.
