SAN JOSE (CBS / AP) — San Jose police say three men have been taken into custody in connection with the early morning shooting death of a man near a karaoke bar.
Police say 18-year-old Jimmy Ho and 19-year-old Johnny Le both face charges of murder and 18-year-old Andy Ho faces charges of accessory to a crime.
All three men from Union City were booked Saturday in Santa Clara County jail.
Police say the three suspects shot a 25-year-old man during a confrontation near the bar and fled the scene early Friday. The men were later arrested after police pulled over their car in east San Jose.
The victim was later pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
Police have not released a motive for the city’s 18th homicide of the year.
