Woman Sets Her Hayward House On Fire
HAYWARD (CBS SF) -- A woman underwent a mental health evaluation after setting her Hayward home on fire Sunday evening, a Hayward Fire Department captain said.
The one-alarm fire was reported about 5:30 p.m. on Bayview Avenue near Kelly Street, fire Capt. Thor Poulsen said.
The woman was taken to Eden Medical Center but was not injured. She was then taken to John George Psychiatric Pavilion for evaluation, Poulsen said.
