SANTA ROSA (CBS SF) — A Santa Rosa couple returned home Tuesday afternoon to find their home vandalized and a strange woman enjoying a snack inside the home, according to a published report.

The couple told police they came home around 12:30 p.m. and found a woman sitting on the couch eating a Pop-Tart from their kitchen, according to a Santa Rosa Press Democrat article.

The woman fled the house, and was later arrested by sheriff’s deputies, according to the report. She was later identified as 34-year-old Alicia Phinezz.

Police said Phinezz vandalized the house before taking a break on the couple’s couch.

Phinezz was being held on suspicion of burglary, and a probation violation. Her bail was set at $42,000.
