Brush Fire Burns More Than 50 Acres Near Vacaville
VACAVILLE (CBS SF) -- A brush fire burned more than 50 acres of unincorporated Solano County northwest of Vacaville Sunday afternoon.
The fire was reported at about 2:25 p.m. near Wes Ranch Lane and Ciarlo Lane, Cal Fire spokeswoman Jennifer Neal said.
Firefighters were believed to have gained the upper hand and the fire was no longer growing as of 3:45 p.m., Neal said.
Some structures had been threatened but were no longer considered to be in danger.
No injuries have been reported.
