25-Year Old Motorcyclist Killed In San Francisco Crash
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A 25-year-old motorcyclist who was killed in a crash Saturday morning in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood was identified as Constantine Boyko, according to the medical examiner's office.
At 9:12 a.m. officers responded to an accident on Cesar Chavez Street between Evans Avenue and Pennsylvania St., police said.
Boyko, a San Francisco resident, was down on the street after apparently colliding with a van, police said.
According to investigators, Boyko was traveling east on Cesar Chavez when he collided with the van head-on, which was traveling in the opposite direction.
Boyko died at the scene.
The driver of the van stopped after the crash and cooperated with police.
