Eye On The Bay: Port Of Oakland
The crew of "Eye on the Bay" had a fantastic time taping inside the boundaries of the Port of Oakland, mainly because, it's off limits to the public! (Editors note: That's the added perk of working on the show!!)
Since you can't get "onto" the grounds, here's an idea for a fun way to get a front row seat to watch the giant cranes in action. Grab the kids, maybe a bag lunch and plop yourself on one of the several benches across the way on the Oakland Inner Harbor! Trust us, this is a great vantage point! The best way to get directions is to GOOGLE "Main Street and Navy Way Alameda, CA". From there, you can map out specific directions from your location.
