2 Arrested In Oakland Armed Robbery

OAKLAND (CBS SF) — Police arrested two men in connection with an armed robbery of a woman in Oakland Wednesday afternoon.

Oakland police officers were dispatched to the 800 block of 31st Street shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday to investigate an armed robbery, but while en route, they saw two suspects that matched the victim’s description, police said.

The victim positively identified the two men as the suspects who robbed her and officers arrested both of them. Officers also located a firearm at the scene as well as the victim’s stolen property.
