Each and every Friday, Alice@97.3's Marcus D. explores the Bay Area food truck culture one truck, one meal and many, many bites at a time.

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS-SF/ALICE@97.3) - This week, Marcus D. takes you to San Francisco's latest food truck hang out, SOMA StrEAT Food Park on 11th and Division Streets. On this edition of Food Truck Friday, Marcus checked out Burlingame's "Naked Chorizo" who serves Spanish-Filipino food.

To start things off, Marcus had to go with the Filipino staples, Lumpia & Chicken Adobo. Naked Chorizo's Lumpia is made Shanghai-style, a crunchy, tightly wrapped spring roll with minced pork, companioned with a flavorful sweet & sour sauce. We guarantee you can't stop at just one.

Now if you really want to get a flavor for Filipino food, check out Naked Chorizo's Chicken Adobo. You get succulent cuts of chicken, marinated in traditional garlic/vinegary sauce, all served over white rice. That's just one of the many items most people get at Naked Chorizo. Others include the Chicken Inasal. You're getting lemongrass chicken over mixed greens and a mango salsa. They also have the very popular, Chorizo Tacos, but the absolute number one item to get is the Arroz Ala Cubana. We're talking flavorful ground beef with sautéed onions and raisins over rice. Along with a fried egg on top and the meal comes with two pieces of fried banana on the side. What's not too love?

You can find Naked Chorizo at SOMA StrEAT Food Park on most Tuesdays or check them out at www.nakedchorizo.com.
