SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – One person died in a crash in San Francisco Friday night, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
The crash happened on northbound Interstate Highway 280 at Geneva Avenue about 9:40 p.m., CHP Officer Eric Anderson said.
A Sig-alert was issued at 10:24 p.m. Lanes 3 and 4 remained closed approaching midnight, he said The off-ramp is still open.
The coroner was on scene, he said.
