Search For Man Who Exposed Himself To Female Shoppers In Sonoma

SONOMA (CBS SF) -- Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a suspect who exposed his genitals to females at two Sonoma grocery stores last month.

On September 28 the suspect entered a Safeway store in Sonoma around 10 p.m. and showed his genitals to a female shopper, police said.

He then fled the store and went across the street to Sonoma Market where he again exposed himself, this time to a female employee, according to police.

The suspect fled and officers were unable to find him.

The stores are both located at the intersection of West Napa Road and Fifth Street West in Sonoma.

Personnel from both stores provided officers with photographs of the man obtained from surveillance footage.

The man is described as white in his 60s or 70s with a medium build, gray hair, a mustache and a goatee.

Anyone with information is asked to call Sonoma police Deputy Eric Smith at (707) 996-3602.
