San Francisco Man Sues Gay Porn Producer Over Penis Injections

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - An employee of a gay pornography company has sued in San Francisco Superior Court claiming emotional distress after allegedly being forced to perform penis injections on actors.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that San Franciscan Ronald Baker alleges that he has suffered anxiety-induced health problems after pricking himself with a needle while trying to inject a performer with a prescription erectile dysfunction medication.

Baker claims he refused to conduct further injections after learning that the performers did not have prescriptions for the drug known as TriMix. He also voiced concern to the North Carolina-based company's management that he may have contracted HIV.

Baker claims that he was wrongfully terminated. The amount of compensation he is seeking was not disclosed.
