Man Found Dead Outside Antioch Home Identified

ANTIOCH (CBS SF) -- A 26-year-old Antioch man who was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Antioch Saturday has been identified, the county coroner's office said.

Officers responded to the 2200 block of Manzanita Way at 12:45 p.m. to find King Gregory Carroll Jr., 26, of Antioch stabbed multiple times on the side of a home, acting Sgt. Santiago Castillo said.

According to police, the crime appeared to have taken place outside and may have happened earlier that morning. Castillo said Carroll had been dead for some time.

It is being investigated as a homicide and police have few leads in the case.
