Woman Arrested In Lafayette Undercover Prostitution Sting

LAFAYETTE (CBS SF) - An undercover prostitution sting resulted in the arrest of a San Francisco woman at a Lafayette massage parlor on Tuesday, authorities said.

The sting was conducted by Lafayette police and Contra Costa County sheriff's deputies at the Pacifico Massage Parlor at 3555 Mount Diablo Blvd.

An undercover officer was solicited by an employee at the business, police said.

Officers arrested 41-year-old Fidina Wai Cheng for solicitation to engage in prostitution. She was cited and released.

Police also seized computers and cash from the business. Police said they plan to take action to revoke the massage parlor's registration.

Lafayette police are continuing to investigate allegations of illegal activity at massage parlors and ask anyone with information on such cases to contact them at (925) 283-3680.
