Track Obstruction Causes BART Delays On Richmond Line
BERKELEY (CBS SF) -- Bay Area Rapid Transit riders experienced delays of 10 to 15 minutes on the Richmond line in the Fremont, Richmond and Millbrae directions due to an obstruction on the track Friday morning, according to a Bart official.
