Narsai David Recipe: Narsai’s Cranberry Relish Recipe

(KCBS) – No cooking required, but it’s best to make this a day or two ahead and let it sit in the refrigerator.

12 oz package of fresh cranberries, 1 large pear and 1 medium naval orange

1 Tablespoon of lemon juice

½ Cup of sugar

A couple of spoons-ful of finely minced candied ginger
