MoveOn.Org Plans Candlelight Vigils In Bay Area Cities To End Gun Violence

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS) — MoveOn.org was organizing candlelight vigils in the Bay Area and across the country on Saturday, in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Connecticut.

According to the website, Bay Area vigils begin at 5 p.m. So far, gatherings are planned at schools, parks and community centers in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Alameda, Pacifica, San Mateo and Palo Alto.
