SF Police Investigate Fatal Shooting Near Alamo Square
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Police in San Francisco are searching for witnesses to a fatal shooting that took place early Sunday morning in the city's Alamo Square neighborhood.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired near Hayes and Webster streets at about 2 a.m., San Francisco police spokesman Michael Andraychak said.
Arriving officers found a 23-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound, Andraychak said.
He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
No arrests were made and no suspect information was available.
