Pedestrian Killed In Hit-And-Run In Oakland
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A vehicle fatally struck a pedestrian in a hit-and-run collision in Oakland early Saturday morning, according to police.
At about 12:09 a.m., a citizen reported that a vehicle in the 5300 block of Foothill Boulevard near Cole Street, struck a male pedestrian.
The car fled before police arrived on scene.
Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene, according to police.
No suspect or suspect vehicle description has been released, according to police.
