(CBS NEWS) – Justin Timberlake had already confirmed that he was working on a second volume to his “The 20/20 Experience” album, and now he’s making things even more official by announcing a release date.

The singer shared the news in a photo on Instagram, revealing that the second “20/20″ installment will arrive on Sept. 30.

Timberlake also announced he’ll embark on a world tour, beginning a month after that album’s release. The North American leg of “The 20/20 Experience World Tour” kicks off Oct. 31 in Montreal and will continue through Feb. 10 in Omaha, Neb.

The list of dates and stops can be found on his website, which says that more shows will be announced.

Timberlake’s first “20/20 Experience” album debuted in March, selling nearly a million copies in its first week. His “Legends of Summer” stadium tour with Jay-Z stops by the Bay Area at Candlestick Park on July 26th.
