Teen Killed In Oakland Shooting Identified

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A teenager who was killed in a shooting on International Boulevard in East Oakland on Sunday afternoon has been identified as a 17-year-old Oakland boy, a police spokeswoman said.

David Manson Jr. was fatally shot on International Boulevard at 90th Avenue shortly before 1:45 p.m., spokeswoman Johnna Watson said.

Officers arriving on the scene found three victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

Manson was unresponsive and declared dead at the scene, Watson said.

Police located a male victim and female victim, both suffering from gunshot wounds.

The female victim's injuries were not considered to be life-threatening, Watson said. Police have not released the condition of the second male victim.

Investigators have determined that a single suspect approached one of the male victims and shot him. The two other victims were injured due to that shooting, Watson said.
