Firefighters Extinguish 1-Alarm Oakland House Fire
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Firefighters battled a one-alarm blaze at an East Oakland home early Friday morning, according to a fire dispatcher.
Around 12:44 a.m., fire officials received a report of a fire at a house in the 1400 block of 73rd Avenue in Oakland.
The fire was brought under control shortly before 1 a.m. and no injuries were reported, according to the dispatcher.
Fire investigators responded to the scene and the cause of the fire remained under investigation, a fire dispatcher said.
