Police Still Searching For Missing Oakland Woman After Locating Car

OAKLAND (CBS SF) - Police are continuing to look for a woman who went missing on Sunday night, but said Tuesday they have located her Mini Cooper.

Sandra Coke, 50, was last seen at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of Aileen Street by her family.

When announcing her disappearance on Monday, police said Coke is known to drive a 2007 Mini Cooper convertible with a black top and off-white body.

Police spokeswoman Officer Johnna Watson said Tuesday morning that the car was found at about 7:45 p.m. Monday parked in the 800 block of 32nd Street, about 2 miles from where she was last seen.

Investigators were continuing to look for Coke and are asking for the public's help in finding her.

She is described as black, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 150 pounds, with a medium complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black-and-white shirt and dark jeans when she disappeared.

Police said Coke is healthy and has no history of going missing.
