Passengers Evacuated From Burning Tour Bus In San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- The San Francisco Fire Department doused a fire that erupted on a tour bus with passengers aboard shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday, a few blocks north of the Financial District.

The passengers were evacuated from the bus and no one was injured in the blaze, which happened on Broadway Street between Front and Davis streets, the dispatcher said.

The burned bus was later towed away from the scene on Broadway.

The cause of fire was not immediately known.
