Oakland Man So Drunk He Didn’t Realize He Was Shot Until He Got Home

OAKLAND (CBS SF) — An intoxicated Oakland man discovered he had been shot Saturday morning only after he returned home, a police officials said.

The man returned home “very drunk” around 5 a.m. to his home on the 3100 block of High Street, according to Officer J. Moore.

It was only after he returned home that his parents realized he had gunshot wounds and took him to the hospital.

Moore said the man was listed in stable condition, but was refusing to cooperate with investigators.

No suspect information was available.
