3 Hospitalized After Muni Bus, Car Collide In SF Mission District
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - Three people were taken to a hospital after a collision involving a Muni bus and a car in San Francisco's Mission District Tuesday afternoon, a fire department spokeswoman said.
The accident was reported at 1 p.m. at 20th and Mission streets, fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said.
Muni spokesman Paul Rose said an outbound 14-Mission bus was passing a car that was double-parked when another vehicle pulled out of a parking spot and the collision occurred.
He said three people on the bus reported injuries and were taken to a hospital.
Rose and Talmadge said none of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening.
