DALY CITY (CBS SF) — BART trains have resumed regular service Thursday morning following an equipment problem on the tracks in Daly City that caused trains to be delayed in the East Bay direction, according to BART officials.

At about 4:50 a.m., BART officials announced that riders could expect a 20-minute delay at Daly City in the Pittsburg/Bay Point and Dublin/Pleasanton directions.

BART officials announced that regular service had been resumed at about 5:40 a.m.
