Man's Body Found In Driveway Of Santa Cruz Home
SANTA CRUZ (CBS SF) - Santa Cruz police are investigating the suspicious death of a man whose body was found in a residential area about two blocks north of Seabright State Beach Tuesday morning.
About 7 a.m., police received a report of a body lying in the driveway of a home in the 200 block of Cypress Avenue, Santa Cruz police Deputy Chief Steve Clark said.
The death appeared to be suspicious, and the Police Department sent detectives to the scene to investigate, Clark said.
Detectives are interviewing a person of interest in the case, Clark said.
Police plan to release more information about the death late this afternoon.
