Napa County Man Arrested For Alleged Incest With Daughter
AMERICAN CANYON (CBS SF) -- Police in American Canyon have arrested a 39-year-old man who allegedly had a sexual relationship with his daughter over several years.
Miguel Segura Roman, of American Canyon, was arrested at his home Tuesday, according to American Canyon police Chief Tracey Stuart.
The girl was under 10 years old when the sexual abuse began, Stuart said. The girl informed her mother about the sexual molestations on Sunday, Stuart said. The alleged sexual molestations happened in the family's home, Stuart said.
Roman was booked in the Napa County Jail for child molestation, continuing child molestation, incest, sex with a child under age 10, penetration with a foreign object and child endangerment and abuse, Stuart said.
Stuart said Roman and the girl's mother have been together for years and recently married. The couple have three other children younger than the alleged victim, according to Stuart.
Roman was being held in the Napa County Detention Center as of Wednesday afternoon, Stuart said.
