(CBS SF) - A Grammy-nominated singer was joined by current and former San Francisco 49ers Tuesday evening for a holiday tree-lighting ceremony in the city's Financial District.

The seventh-annual lighting of the tree at 555 California Street featured Carly Rae Jepsen who sang her hit song "Good Time," the holiday song "Let It Snow" and was joined on stage by a fan to sing her infectious hit "Call Me Maybe." Jepsen was nominated for two Grammy Awards last year. Former 49ers legend Ronnie Lott and current 49ers Marcus Lattimore and Alex Boone also joined in the festivities.

The event was hosted by Vornado Realty Trust, which acquired the 555 California Street building in 2007. Last year's event featured 49er Hall of Famers Joe Montana and Dwight Clark and Grammy-winner Robin Thicke.
