ConsumerWatch Call-In: Your Affordable Health Care Questions Answered

(KPIX 5) - With a deadline approaching for Californians to apply for health insurance in order to be covered beginning January 1st, KPIX 5 is helping you get the answers you need on health care.

Wednesday, the KPIX ConsumerWatch call center will be staffed with experts from Covered California, the state's health care marketplace, who will take your questions on health care and the Affordable Care Act.

Whether you are an individual, a small business or already have health insurance, you can get answers on your health care questions, including whether you may qualify for financial assistance.

Call 1-888-5-HELPS-U (1-888-543-5778) between 11am and 7pm Wednesday to reach a Covered California representative.

If you don't have a chance to call in, you can also email your questions to consumerwatch@kpix.com, or visit our Facebook page facebook.com/cbssanfrancisco.
