Covered California Staffers Hold Bay Area Health Care Enrollment Events

Representatives with the state's health care exchange, Covered California, are holding a number of events at Bay Area libraries helping people enroll over the next two weeks.

People who want to enroll at these events must bring their most recent tax return, Social Security numbers and proof of legal residency of any family members who will be covered along with proof of income.

For those looking to have health care coverage beginning on January 1st, Covered California reps says the application needs to be received by December 23.
