NTSB Asiana Flight 214 Hearings Postponed To Wednesday

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)— The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is postponing the beginning of a two-day hearing looking into the crash of Asiana Airlines Flight 214 at San Francisco International Airport last July.

The NTSB hearing was scheduled to start at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, but rough winter weather conditions prompted the closure of all federal offices in the Washington D.C. area.

The agency announced on Tuesday that instead of taking place over two days, the hearing will be condensed to one day, beginning at 5:30 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday and should run until 5:00 p.m.
