Firefighters Battle 2-Alarm East Oakland House Fire
EAST OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Firefighters were battling a two-alarm blaze at a home in East Oakland Friday morning, a fire dispatcher said.
At about 2:40 a.m., firefighters received a report of a fire at a residence located at 90th Avenue and A Street, fire officials said.
Upon arriving at the one-story single-family house, firefighters reported seeing heavy smoke and fire coming from the home.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation, fire officials said.
