Record-Breaking High Temperatures Possible For Bay Area; No Rain In Sight
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- After a few sprinkles of rain dropped around the Bay Area over the weekend, the region is set to enjoy another dry, warm week of weather, with possible record-breaking temperatures.
In addition, a red flag fire weather warning was called Monday for the North Bay Mountains, East Bay Hills and Diablo Range.

A ridge of high pressure is settling over the Bay Area, bringing with it temperatures which are expected to be in the mid to upper 60s and even the low 70s inland, with low to mid 60s at the coast.
Nighttime temperatures are expected to remain cool, with North Bay inland valley seeing temperatures dip into the 30s.
It will be warmer through Thursday, with slightly cooler temperatures and a few clouds expected beginning Friday and over the weekend.
With no rain in the forecast, this could be the driest January on record.
