(CBS SF) – International governments have been searching nearly two weeks for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, and are only finding out details at an exceptionally slow rate. Internet users able to access Tomnod.com are also able to pitch in on the hunt, and can scan the ocean surface for odd inconsistencies for where the plane might have fallen.

So far, there have been no definite signs as to where the plane fell. Luckily for us, Courtney Love may have found something.

Monday morning, the San Francisco-born Love tweeted, “I’m no expert but up close this does look like a plane and an oil slick,” and followed it up with the same photo she posted to Facebook earlier.

We’ll keep an eye on this, because if the blip in the water does in fact turn out to be the missing plane, the world as we know it will never be the same.
