Lockheed Martin Employees Sent Home After Water Main Break On Sunnyvale Campus
SUNNYVALE (CBS SF) -- A water main break is disrupting work for employees at Lockheed Martin's Sunnyvale campus Thursday morning, a company spokesman said.
Many employees at the Lockheed Martin campus at 1111 Lockheed Martin Way were told to stay home until 10 a.m. because a disruption in the line feeding the campus left it without water, company spokesman Mark Lewis said.
He said the water disruption was reported at about 2:30 a.m. and cut off water for the entire campus. As of about 8 a.m. water service was coming back but was not yet at full pressure.
