SUV Stolen In Home Invasion Armed Robbery In San Francisco Twin Peaks Neighborhood

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Two suspects robbed a man at his home in San Francisco's Twin Peaks neighborhood on Saturday morning, police said Monday.

The home invasion robbery was reported at 6:45 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Portola Drive.

The two men, believed to be about 25 and 35, confronted the 55-year-old victim in his garage and pulled out a gun, according to police.

One of the suspects demanded the victim's shoulder bag and keys, police said.

The victim told the suspects he left his car keys in his apartment, so one of the suspects walked the victim into his apartment with a gun to his head, according to police.

The suspect walked the victim to his bedroom, found the keys and took them to the garage, where he got into the victim's car, a silver SUV, and drove away, police said.

The second suspect left in another vehicle, described as a white pickup truck.

Both suspects headed east on Portola Drive and had not been found as of Monday morning, according to police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza.

Esparza said the victim did not know the suspects.
