Man Runs After Fondling Woman In Concord Parking Lot

CONCORD (CBS SF) -- A man fondled a woman in a parking lot in Concord on Monday afternoon, then ran away, police said.

The suspect allegedly followed the 48-year-old victim from Sunset Avenue to a store in the 2600 block of Clayton Road while talking on his cellphone, Concord police said.

The victim heard the suspect say, "I got one," into his phone.

After the victim then made a purchase at the store and exited to the parking lot, police said he followed the woman.

In the parking lot, the suspect pinched the woman's buttocks, then said "jackass" and fled the area.

The suspect, who remains at large, was described as a black man around 20 years old. He is about 6 feet tall, 175 pounds and is clean-shaven with short black faded hair. He was last seen wearing a peach polo shirt and dark khaki pants.
