Jeremy Meeks' Stockton Mugshot Spawns #FelonCrushFriday Memes, Viral Likes

STOCKTON (KPIX) -- Despite being a convicted felon who spent nine years in prison, when 30-year-old Jeremy Meeks was arrested Wednesday on gun charges, the Stockton Police Department's Facebook post of his arrest mugshot is still going viral, with over 71,000 likes, and 21,000 comments calling him a doppelgänger for a Calvin Klein model.

His baby blue eyes, chiseled chin, Hollywood-style stubble, and pouty lips might look like he's straight out of an underwear catalog, if you can get past the neck tattoos.

The father and husband says he's reformed, and his mom launched a GoFundMe.com campaign to defend him.

Meeks tells News10.net in Sacramento, "I just visited my wife and she said that I blew up all over Facebook." About the attention? "Well, I appreciate that but I just want them to know that this is really not me, like, I'm not some kingpin."

He's innocent till proven guilty, but plenty of people are having fun with the concept of #FCF, aka #FelonCrushFriday on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
