Officers responded around 11:50 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the 5500 block of Cedar Point Way, where they found five men suffering from gunshot wounds, according to police.

All five were taken to local hospitals for treatment and all are expected to survive their injuries, police said.

Police said two more men admitted to area hospitals with gunshot wounds around the same time were determined to be victims of the same shooting.
