SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — A man was shot and killed Friday night as he sat in a vehicle in the Bayview neighborhood, police said.

The shooting occurred at about 10 p.m. near Harbor Road and Ingalls Street, according to San Francisco police Sgt. Danielle Newman.

He was transported to San Francisco General Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Newman said police are investigating the shooting and there are no suspects at this time.
