(KBCW) — If you live in Martinez, expect some mosquito fogging Wednesday.
Vector control will be fogging near the pacheco creek and the carquinez straight starting at 4:30 a.m.
Good news if you are baseball fan and you have a peanut allergy – the Giants are hosting a “peanut allergy friendly day” at their game against the Pittsburgh Pirates Wednesday.
Fans will be able to enjoy the game in a peanut controlled section of the park.

The California Fish and Wildlife officials will hold the first of two public meetings Wednesday in Santa Rosa to discuss closing the Russian River fishery because of low water levels.
They say they want to protect the rare migratory fish species that are already struggling to survive in the drought.
The meeting starts at 2pm at the north coast regional water quality control board.
