Woman Hit By Bullet In While Sleeping In Her Antioch Home

ANITOCH (CBS SF) — Bullets flying in one Antioch neighborhood struck a woman sleeping inside her home early Thursday morning.

Suspects fired into the woman’s home in the 1100 block of West Fifth Street around 4 a.m., according to police.

The 23-year-old was in her when a bullet came through the second floor apartment and grazed her ear.

Neighbors say they normally feel safe here with the police station nearby.

The victim was treated and released from the hospital. Police are still looking for the suspects.
