San Jose Firefighters Respond To Reports Of Woman Trapped In Manhole

SAN JOSE (KCBS) — San Jose firefighters called off a search Thursday morning after responding to a report that a woman was calling for help from manhole, a fire dispatcher said.

The dispatcher told KCBS that they received a call about 8:30 a.m. that a woman was calling for help from inside a manhole at Spanish Cove Mobile Home Park in the 2600 block of Senter Road.

Fire crews found no one and called of the search at 10:30 a.m., a dispatcher said.
