Disney Reveals Teaser Trailer For Brad Bird's 'Tomorrowland'

NEW YORK, NY (CBS SF) – The teaser trailer for the highly anticipated futuristic Walt Disney Pictures film "Tomorrowland" was revealed at the New York Comic Con. The film is written and directed by Brad Bird, best known for his work at Emeryville-based Pixar Studios. The film is also co-written by "Star Trek Into Darkness" writer Damon Lindelof and stars George Clooney, Britt Robertson (Under The Dome), Hugh Laurie (House M.D.), Tim McGraw (The Blind Side) and Judy Greer (Two and a Half Men).

"Tomorrowland" tells the story of Casey (Robertson) and Frank (Clooney) who goes on a dangerous mission to a place known as "Tomorrowland" to discover it's secrets and change their world forever.

Brad Bird is best known for directing Pixar's "The Incredibles," "Ratatouille" which won the Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature. Bird also directed the action movie "Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol," produced by J.J. Abrams and Tom Cruise.

"Tomorrowland" arrives in theaters May 22, 2015.
