Man Exposes Himself To Female Victim In Palo Alto; Third Incident This Week, Police Say

PALO ALTO (KCBS) — Palo Alto police are on high alert after a third incident this week in which a man exposed himself to a female victim.

The latest flashing occurred Thursday at about 3:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of Miller Avenue when a man, in a white BMW sedan, exposed himself to a woman in her 20s.

This follows an incident on Monday afternoon in which a 14-year-old girl said a man pulled up alongside her in a navy blue pickup truck on Bryant Street and was seen masturbating inside.

The girl said she immediately ran home to tell her parents. Police were called out, but could not locate the suspect.

On Tuesday, a 10-year-old girl reported being approached by a man in a white Volvo near Byron Street and Seale Avenue.

She told investigators that the man asked if she wanted to fondle him. She ran home and police were called out.

Police say the suspect in each case has been described as a white male, in his 20s, 30s, or 40s with brown hair.

It's unclear if the incidents are connected, police said. Anyone with information about Thursday's incident is being asked to call their 24-hour dispatch center at (650) 329-2413.
