Officers Break Baton On Oregon Man's Leg During Arrest At Levi's Stadium Pac-12 Game

SANTA CLARA (CBS SF) -- Police in Santa Clara broke a baton on an Oregon man's leg as they tried to subdue him at the Pac-12 championship game between Arizona and Oregon at Levi's Stadium Friday night in an incident that was caught on camera.

In the video, the man in the white pullover repeatedly tells an officer not to touch him, as cops try to move him along through a crowd of fans.

Police say that man, 44-year old Mark Lydon of Eugene Oregon was intoxicated and resisting officers' repeated requests to calm down before he was ejected from the game, and arrested for assaulting an officer.

Nearby fans can be heard in the video yelling at police that the man was not resisting.
